Returns Policy
PRE-PURCHASE TIP: Please check the product details before placing an order. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our fast response customer support. Pay special attention to the compatibility of accessories and batteries with your bike.
Not Received Goods – Cancellation and Return Rules
BEFORE SHIPMENT: If the order has not been shipped, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. Please note that if the carrier information says “not picked up” but there is tracking information, the item is considered shipped.
AFTER SHIPPING: If you cancel or decline an order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping charges, even for “free shipping” orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to intercept or cancel orders that have been processed and shipped to our warehouse. We appreciate your understanding.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not refuse to accept packages of accessories or batteries as these items will be destroyed and no refunds will be issued.
Items in original packaging:
RETURN PERIOD: You may return your new bike within 14 days of receipt. Accessories and batteries may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
CONDITIONS: Items must be in new condition and in their original unopened packaging.
SHIPPING: You are responsible for the round-trip shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
Opened items:
RETURN PERIODS AND CONDITIONS: If you wish to return your bike within 30 days of delivery and have less than 20 miles on the odometer, you may do so. However, please note that this policy only applies to e-bikes and e-scooters. We do not accept returns of accessories or batteries that have been opened or used.
RETURN CHARGES: We understand that sometimes a purchase may not exactly meet your expectations, especially if product details have been overlooked. In this case, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and a 30% depreciation charge, both of which will be deducted from your refund.
Return process
IMPORTANT: To initiate a return, please contact us via email and follow the steps below. Returns that do not follow this process will not be refunded.
REFUNDS: Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that we cannot issue refunds while packages are in transit.
Submit a request to WEVEBIKE team. Please include videos and photos of all packaging and items.
Review Request: We will review your return request based on your order details and product condition.
Obtain a shipping label and return the item(s): We will provide you with a shipping label via email so that you can return the approved item(s). In some cases, you may need to arrange your own return shipping.
